You said there was no configuration but its asking for
an enable password through the AUX port. That sounds
fishy. Are you sure there is no config? Normally it
would do this through the AUX port:
Router>en
% No password set
Router>
I suspect there is a config. You may consider trying
different speed settings on the Hyperterminal or just
an ordinary password recovery if possible. There may
be a "no exec" command on the console configuaration.
