OT:Termserver-to-Termserver config help

I am trying to setup two two termserver at remote locations. I need them setup
so that if I plug one async-232 cable in port 1 that it will communication out
the remote termserver's port 1on the other side. The devices are IBM RS/6000
and another server-type device that hosts a backup database. I have already
checked the archives and the Cisco web site but can't find a clear
port-to-port configuration for remote termservers. It needs to appear that the
remote device is local. Configs/commands/solutions appreciated.
