I bet you're using the flat rollover cables as interconnects. T1 WICs
indeed can be used back-to-back, and they're all four-wire. You do need
to build a special crossover cable. An ethernet crossover won't work
and a Cisco rollover won't work.

are the correct pinnings. You will most likely need to make this cable
yourself, it isn't an easily found off-the-shelf item.
