RE: external hop count in IPX EIGRP/RIP

I can not use delay because 1st route is IPX EIGRP route, there is no RIP
running on S0/0
There is RIP running on BRI in the book.

So I have to compare RIP and EIGRP - where hop count comes into play...
I've tried to run EIGRP on BRI but again hop count vie BRI is less than via
s0/0....

Hi,

Why don't you try modifying delay. This is the primary factor for IPX RIP.
Let us know how it goes.

Hi,

You can use "Offset-list" command to modify hope count. But I am
not sure how far it will be suitable for your scenario...
