 not only this ...the interesting traffic itself will keep the link up even aft
er the primary goes up .

i mean counting on the interesting traffic to reset the timer is not a solutio
n ..because after the primary link comes up again ..the intersting traffic agai
n will keep the link up indefentely .that is why i wanted only the dialer watc
h to be the only condition that keep hte link up or down .
i disbaled all the ip as interesting .assuming that the timer should be resette
d auto as long as the primary is down ..however this behaviour is strange .
