How to delay Dialer watch?

hello, everyone,
I have a dialer watch question.
I setup a dialer watch to watch a route 10.2.3.0/24.
Routing protocol is OSPF.
every thing is ok. After 10.2.3.0 disappear, dialer watch up at once.
But I want to dialer watch to delay 30 seconds to come up after loosing 10.2.3.
0 , not at once.
How can I do it?
