you need to config 5 vlans on each FE port , and since you have 4 ports ...you
end up with 20 vlan , from the 7200 side you need to config 20 vlan on the giga
 port ?right ?

if this is what you want to do then you need to config trunk on each port of t
he cat5k then clear the unnecessary vlan from that trunk on each port .
for example .assume the first FE is connected to port 3/1 on the catayst then

set trunk 3/1 isl on
clear trunk 3/1 6-1005

now on port 3/1 vlans 1, 2,3,4,5 are only allowed by the trunk .

set trunk 3/2 isl on
clear trunk 3/2 1-5 ,11-1005

on the router side

int faste 1/1.1
encapsulation isl 1
ip add x.x.x.x

int fast 1/2.1
encapsulation isl 6
ip add y.y.y.y

and so on .

hope this helps .
