how to change ipx node number

when i config "ipx routing 2.2.2",i just key in "ipx
routing",so the Cisco IOS software uses the hardware
MAC address currently assigned to it as its node
address.
My question is how to change its node number.I tried
to delete ipx routing first ,then "ipx routing
2.2.2",but the node number couldn't be changed.
So i reload router ,i configed the new node number.
is there any way except reloading router?
