there are INBOUND dial peers concerned:
normally we do not need to create dial-peers for inbound calls. there is a defa
ult dial-peer 0 in IOS.
Although in some cases there is matching performed between incoming call and in
bound dial peer.
in such a case there might be CALLING number compared with destination-pattern.
For outgoing calls CALLED number is of course compared with destination-pattern
.
