That sounds right to me...
It's matching the calling number with the profile you would use to call
it.

If routerA would call routerB using number 555-1212, then it's ok
to assume that if routerA receives a call from 555-1212, it's routerB
who
is calling.

(Or may be its somebody watching a picture :-)
