The syntax is
clear ip bgp <AS # / neighbor address to clear > soft < in/out>

I should know this but ... Can anyone please explain to me how to use
the BGP command "neighbor x.x.x.x soft-reconfiguration inbound"?
After I configured it on one of the routers, when I do a "clear ip
bgp *" or clear ip bgp <neighbor's IP>, the router still have to
reset all the BGP connections before my new route-map changes (from
the neighbor router) takes effect.
Did I do anything wrong??
Regards..
