This is a conceptual (not exactly, because it also works :) command. Say for
example you have *too many* redundant links in a network, in that case you
may not want every interface to form adjacency and in turn flood LSA's all
over the place(remember LSA's represent how a network look from a particular
angle).There are 2 ways to do it, depending on the network type
* for broadcast, non-broadcast and p2p you can block flooding over specified
OSPF interfaces
* for p2mp you can block to specified neighbor.
