When you use "ip ospf database filter all out" on an ospf router int. or
"nei XXXX database filter all out" does this command not prevent that router
from forming adj. with a another router that maybe connected through the
interface?
Why is it necessary to filter LSA anyway. Is that not the only that the
health of the ospf domain is maintained?
Please help.
