I got it to work with l2tpv3 also. The trick is to exclude the tunnel key
statement in both uti raw or l2tpv3. Actually uti raw is l2tpv3 and they
can both work together to form a tunnel. You can configure l2tpv3 on one
end and uti raw on the other.

Hi,
I did it with Framerelay and it works fine. it is not l2tp it is uti
which behave differently than l2tp.
