You would do this in the "line aux 0" section.

You should also configure a password on the line in the same section.
While in the config-line section add "password cisco" which would set
the password to "cisco". You might want something less obvious.

Also set an enable secret.

You'll also need to configure the modem for auto-answer and connect it to
the Aux port with the appropriate rollover cable and hood.
