If you have used static SAP and its network address is the same as
Ethernet, then IPX will not advertise this service on Ethernet. I
suggest you configure a loopback interface with IPX and use its network
address for your SAP, then everything should be ok.

Running IPX EIGRP.
R1 has IPX servers defined but they do not show up on R2, but routing is
