By checking Solie's book 0x1202 (most likely a typo from 0x2102) anyway the bau
d
rate is
4800, not 1200. 4800= bit 12-1, bit 11 - 0, bit 5 - 0.....1200 bit 12 - 0, 11-
 1,
5 - 0.....
