Paul,

Config-register setting 0x1202 in binary is 0001 0010 0000 0010. Bit 0 is on
the right, bit 15 on the left. Your console speed is set to 1200 (bits 12
and 11 are set to "10"). By the way, your [BREAK] key will *NOT* be
disabled after bootup (bit 8 is set to "0").

If you set your console speed to 1200 baud, then reboot the router, you
should be able to interrupt the boot sequence with a [BREAK].
