All tasks can be done. You may need to do more than what is obvious
and even configure things on other routers or even set up a whole
new IGP that is not in any requirement to make things work as
requested. It's always possible, but not necessarily straightforward.
The CCIE lab is an exercise in workarounds. That's the fun.
