static routing

Hi, group

 A very simple question, I have some office in remote
side. They are belong 192.168.0.0/16 . Gateway is 1.1.1.1.
I know the 192.x.x.x should be C class ip address. But can
I write a summary static routing here?

ip route 192.168.0.0 255.255.0.0 1.1.1.1

Does it right?
