I think your TAG way is superior! This is true about the "Practice
LABS" seeming to prefer the altering of the AD, or using Distribute
lists to contol feedback. Your TAG solution is more of a real worlld
solution because "in real life" networks can be dynamic, and the
purpose of all these mechanisms is to allow things like "controlling
feedback" to be done automatically without human intervention. The
distribute list method means we must know all the networks comming from
both protocoles (why not just build the whole network statically in
that case) It also kills any chance of redudancy accross the other
protocol via a second redistribution point (does taht make sense)
