Martin,
I would use the backup interface command on the serial interface going
out to the frame network. ISDN is put into a standby state. That way you
can use a dialer-list with all IP packets allowed and when the interface
goes down the routing automatically starts working across the bridge.
Watch for the potential to have rout loops across the backup connection.
Usually you need to increase the cost or filter routes across the ISDN
connection to prevent this possibility.
