Check the config register. This looks like a speed mismatch. Change the
config register to 0x2102 ( 9600 baud) if you are using 9600 baud on your
terminal.

I just cleared my config on my 2511 and rebooted it. All of a sudden the
only
thing I can get from the Console port is garbage. My settings work fine on
other routers but I just get garbage from the 2511.

Any ideas?
