DLSW+ cost parameter

Dear Group,

I am having difficulty understanding how the cost parameter works in a
DLSW+ remote peer statement.

If I use it in the local peer statement, then using show dlsw capability ip
x.x.x.x on the remote peer shows the different cost. Using it in the remote
peer statement does not produce a change when using show dlsw capability ip
x.x.x.x on the remote peer.
