Paul, you can tweak the router-id's here and get a solution....
Here's what you can do, check the ospf router-id & bgp router-id's for R2 &
R3, say for example ospf router-id on R2 is 2.2.2.2 & the bgp router-id on
R3 is 3.3.3.3, this will most likely be the cause of where your synch will
fail. What you can do is manually configure the BGP router-id on R3 to be
2.2.2.2 (bgp router-id 2.2.2.2) . Now the prefix recd. from R2 via iBGP &
from R3 via IGP will bear same router-id's
ps. I havent labbed it yet, but I think this will work
