Looks like a med your received from the peer. Indeed, the number looks
like this MED was pulled from the IGP which is a semi normal behavior (that
is, pull the IGP metric toward the BGP next_hop and stick it in the MED
field when advertising) I'd have to look this up to see when its done by
default vs knobbed.
Off topic, I think knobbed as an adjective is very cool.
