Nope, it can not be the same for all processes. Each process needs a unique
router LSA.

The RID is the router ID, so it is the same of all process. And i will
always
choose the highest Ip address loopback. Unless you use in the ospf routing
process the command ... router id ....
Normaly, you will not use different ospf process in the same routing domain,
so
that doesn't really matter.
