That was it. Joon.
No more isdn line keeping up until I manually bring it up by pinging.
Thanks. Now if I shut down one of this serial interface, isdn line should
come up right? Because it was for the back up for Serial line

First of all, default idle-timeout is 120 sec.

And if I read your posting correctly, you have problem with circuit
coming up.
According to your "show dialer", broadcast (255.255.255.255) brought up
the circuit, which rules out ospf, or rip v2.
I would passive interface dialer 1 for the igrp. If I remember
correctly, IGRP update is broadcast.
