NLSP is a link-state protcol, OUT keyword will not work in nlsp.
I dont know why both are disappearing (i should not actually !! nothing
should happen according to ur config ).
As these servers are coming from the loopback interface so do a IN keyword.
do a debug on SAP u will see something like "FLUSHING" or "DELETING" that
will ensure u that ur filtering them.
