You guys might want to take a look at this regarding changes with the CCIE Stor
e.
Since there were several complaints on groupstudy about the shirts and the logo
s, I talk to Robertson Marketing about the problems before finializing my order
for my new shirts.

I am the Senior Account Manager for the Cisco Merchandise Program. I
forwarded your comments to the merchandise team at Cisco's headquarters in
San Jose. Per your suggestions, we are going to increase the size of the
CCIE logo, name and number. We are going to begin the process immediately.
It will most likely take 30-60 days for the modifications to be reviewed and
approved for use on the CCIE garments.
Regarding the quality of the garments, we are reviewing new merchandise for
the program and will attempt to add some higher quality apparel. Regarding
the current apparel, do you have any specific comments on any particular
garment? It would be helpful for us to know.
Regarding our return policy, normally we don't accept returns on CCIE items
since they are personalized. However, if you or one of your associates are
unhappy with an item, let Janice and me know and we will accept a return.
Thanks again for your comments. Suggestions like yours help us to
continually improve the program.

Everything looks good. My only question is regards there have been several
complaints already about the quality of the shirts. Complaints about the
CCIE logo being too small and the personalization of the name being too
small to read.
Have these issues been addressed yet?
What if the quality is unacceptable once I receive the shirts? What
guarantee do you offer on the quality of the shirts?
