Slow on show ip ospf neighbour

Hi Group,

I have 3 fully-meshed routers connected via FR, running OSPF. I found one of
them takes a long time to show the neighbour, about 18 seconds to show 2
neighbours. The other two just use about 1 second.

The slow router is a 4500 and the other are 2501 and 2621. The clock rate used
on the frame switch is the same for all. They are point-to-point neighbour

This question may be silly, thinking is there any hardware problem.
