mutiring is used to bridge layer 3 pakets across SRB network
when used it will put a RIF to the frame therefore bridging layer 3 protocols
multiring all will bridge all layer 3 protocols
example
multiring IP

172.168.1.1/24--------to0-----Router1---to1-----172.168.1.2/24

hosts on R1 to0 interface would be able to ping hosts on t01

Ping
