  You don't need BGP to accomplish load sharing over parallel paths to a
single provider. The switching mechanism you configure is what you will
be more concerned with. For example , you configure two default
routes. With fast switching you will route per destination, processs
switching, per packet, will also kill router with two OC3's ;). You can
accomplish the same with CEF but much more effciently since CEF uses the
FIB as opposed to a route cache among other things.

  Of coarse you can only control egress traffic this way. Your provider
can do the same, statically route your supernet.

  is this the WAMNET that also has an office here in Eagan??? Curious
as I know a couple of engineers there quite well.
