AIX commserver

I am working to use a Cisco 2600 with 8 port async card. What I am trying
to accomplish is using that as a commserver to old wyse terminal to an IBM
AIX system. My dilema is the program requires the terminals to associate to
the same tty each connect. Anyone have resource or links to do something
like this? I do have the tcpxfer program working for printers and the
terminals currently connect with a force telnet through the router but this
does not provide the same tty each connect.
