I had this problem recently with hyper term. For me it was the software, I
used the old terminal program from win 3.1 and it worked great. Here is a

I usually just use <ctrl> <break> to get into rommon mode.

I have tried (without success) to be able to use the break sequence to
change the register values for my routers. I am using Windows 2000 and have
used three different terminal emulation programs. I do a CNTL + Shift + 6
and then b, and the B just shows up on the command line and I'm not able to
go into the register. Does anyone have a solution for this?
