What do you see when you "show ver"? I normally load the boot file before I
load the IOS image file, and that has been worked pretty good for me. The
commands would be something like below:
boot bootldr slot0:c5rsm-boot-mz....
boot system flash slot0:c5rsm-jsv...
You'll have to download the boot file. Their "latest" version is 12.0.18.
