Dan,
The demand circuit works as expected it is the output of the debiug ip
ospf
monitor command that I am having trouble with. Have you seen any issues
with this command not working under certain IOS?

Do a show dialer & see what exactly is bringing up the demand circuit.

Could be hellos, I have seen a couple of IOS versions that didn't work
properly with demand circuit no matter how they were configured.

I have a demand circuit set up and am generating an LSA change which
causes
my demand circuit to come up as expected. I am using the debug ip
ospf
monitor command on the routers on both ends of the BRI circuit and do
not
get any output. I have read the CCO document on using this command but
I am
not receiving any output (yes I am seeing other logging on my console).
 If
anyone is testing this command can you tell me what version IOS you
are
running and where you are running the command. My IOS is version
12.1.9a,
any help is appreciated. Thanks.
