It is the hello's causing the problem, just was not sure if anyone had seen

Do a show dialer & see what exactly is bringing up the demand circuit.
Could be hellos, I have seen a couple of IOS versions that didn't work
properly with demand circuit no matter how they were configured.

I have a demand circuit set up and am generating an LSA change which
causes
my demand circuit to come up as expected. I am using the debug ip
ospf
monitor command on the routers on both ends of the BRI circuit and do

get any output. I have read the CCO document on using this command but

not receiving any output (yes I am seeing other logging on my console).

anyone is testing this command can you tell me what version IOS you

running and where you are running the command. My IOS is version
12.1.9a,
