access-list 200 permit 0x0404 0x0101 is one Sap (command and response)
access-list 200 permit 0x0d0d 0x0000 This is wrong it should be,
access-list 200 permit 0x0000 0x0d0d (0d0d being the wild card)
This allows saps (0x00 0x01) (0x04 0x05) (0x08 0x09( (0x0C 0x0D).
