Frank,
I've changed the MFT trunks on the 3810's from E1's to T1's before. If I
remember right, it was a few years ago, I went into ROMMON mode and
typed something along the lines of "trunk 0 t1" to switch it to a T1
from an E1.
I would be surprised if the hardware for the 8 port T1 module is any
different than an 8 port E1 module.
