Check this if this config will help u... consider if ur bandwidth is 64000

class-map match-all block
  match access-group 700
!
policy-map mac
  class block
     police 64000 1600 3200 conform-action transmit exceed-action transmit

Subject: Match MAC Addrs with Wildcard (*/F) mask???

need to be limited in what amount of bw they can use. I can't do it via IP
Addr as we use DHCP, and then we would have to reserve addrs for them, and
with over 300 devices outthere, that would virtually be the same as setting
them to static IPs. Also using the MAC addrs allows more flexibility in case
one breaks and gets swapped out, we don't need to worry about more admin.
