If you use frame Relay Interface-dlci command on a multipoint interface
you'll loose the broadcast capability (use by OSPF to send hellos, LSA etc)\
that you get when you use frame relay map ip x.x.x.x y broadcast command, I
think one solution would be to use the frame relay network type broadcast on
this interface.
