Normally, a router is acting as a snmp agent and a unix workstation
with NMS software like HPOV is a network management station. a nms
station polls a snmp agent and also accepts traps sent by snmp agent.

"snmp-server manager" makes the router as a network management station.

Use "show snmp" and "show snmp session" to monitor snmp manager.
