when snmp manager is enabled, there are some hidden commands allow you
to poll other snmp agents.

nms-2612#snmp get v2c 14.32.100.10 public oid system.1.0
SNMP Response: reqid 4, errstat 0, erridx 0
 system.1.0 = Cisco Internetwork Operating System Software
nms-2612#snmp get v2c 14.32.100.10 public oid 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2.0
SNMP Response: reqid 5, errstat 0, erridx 0
 system.2.0 = products.278
