When you say "cloud" do you mean more than one ATM switch? If so, I would
think that the 3Com ATM switches would need to have PNNI configured and
operational to support SVC operation. To have this work properly, you will
need to have unique NSAP prefixes on your ATM switches- think of it as
having two OSPF routers with the same RID- or it won't work. Looking at
your configs, all routers are talking to a switch with prefix
47.00000000003C0000A0000000 . If there is more than one switch, change one
of the prefixes.
