Eric,
That might be a problem with your ISDN line or simulator if you are using
one. I had similar problem few days back. Just save your config and reboot
the dialing router and it should be fine.

The router R2 detects the 15.1.1.0 route disparition but it never dials.
I put some debug : ip routing, dialer events and isdn q931.
If I ping 14.0.0.3. dialing occurs and ping is OK.
Any ideas on this?
