Alex,
You need to add "network 138.1.0.0" under "router rip".
Also, if you want to have different subnet masks in a RIP router you should be
running rip version 2 and, by default, rip will summarize networks to classful
boundaries when it has interfaces in different major networks.

Phil

OSPF DOmain ----- S1 | R1 | Eth0 ------lan ----------eth1 | R2_backone_RIP_Rout
er
R1:
interface s1
ip address 138.1.26.1 255.255.255.0
encap frame-relay....
...
!
Interface eth0
ip add 155.100.1.1 255.255.255.240
ip summary-address rip 138.1.0.0 255.255.255.240
!
Router Rip
network 155.100.0.0
no auto-summary
The problem is: the summary address for the major network in OSPF domain doesn'
t appear in the R2 RIP table, Does what may it to be wrong?
R2 rip routing is in default configuration....
thanks
Alex
