DLSW priority.

I had a question about DLSW priority. I have been unable to find anything on
CCO that gives a complete picture. All the docs simply say DLSW uses these
ports for high, medium, normal, low traffic.

When I do a DLSW priority, it seems dlsw decides what traffic is high
medium normal and low on it's own and then transmits on that port yes? I
would still need to do some type of priority queuing or custom queueing
based on the ports DLSW uses to actual get this to work on the interface
right? If I did not, that traffic actually wouldn't be prioritized at all
and would be transmitted just the same as if I didn't use the priority
argument, except that all of it would use port 2065.

Does that make sense, and is that correct?
