Identify/block Large Packets on Ethernet?

Is there a way to identify and/or block large packets on an Ethernet
interface?

I'm looking for something like the frame-relay de-list command that lets you
set the DE bit on large packets, only for Ethernet, FastEther, or VLANs.
Logging the source and destination would be an added benefit!
