I had originally put NHS on R10 and it was fine, but I just wanted to try it
on IBGP, and now I know that it wont work !

You can't rewrite next-hop for IBGP learned routes in IOS. Hence, one
normally rewrites on ASBR's, which would be R10 in this case.
